- Regular health camps are conducted for employees with aim to ensure healthy workforce.
- ESI facility is avialible for the employee.
- It is the Learning and Development program for the employees, with aim of individual development through self learning.
- The employees are trained in various technical and soft skill topics by competent internal and external trainers.
- It is the most important aspect of Creintors.
- Every employee is compulsioned to attend minimum of 100 hrs of training in throughout the year.
- All the efforts, big or small are appreciated and recognized at different platforms.
- The Foundation day, Independence day, Half yearly review are some occasions for the employee appreciation.
- Journey towards new life, the induction programm is carried out for three days.
- During the induction programm the new entrants are introduced to organisation structure, Culture, Policy.
- The new members also interact with their team mates and bosses. At the end they have high tea with Managing Director.
- We take all the opportunity to appreciate their good efforts put down at various platforms in the company.
- The Mega Cultural event is held every year on 05 May on eve of foundation day.
- All the employees activity participate with full JOSH to make the event happening.
